Responsibilities:

• To have an in-depth understanding of our digital payment platform - Payment Point^TM and a good understanding of our Digital Marketing services
• To identify suitable schools, colleges, universities, training institutes for the platform in Upper Assam and make a list of them
• To start liaisoning with these organisations by identifying the right connection. To identify key decision makers in these organisations.
• To approach the key decision makers and to do a series of meetings with them to establish Kuhipaat as a Paytech expert in Assam, and to explain the payment platform and its benefits to them
• To make use of sales strategy like foot in the door to attract the lead
• To make use of various marketing tools like presentations, demos, brochures, videos, WhatsApp and SMS communications to engage the potential lead
• To use a combination of physical visits and digital marketing communication to engage the leads until conversion
• To present daily sales, lead generation and lead fulfilment report to management team

Must have skills :

Good inter-personal communication, Good speaking skills in multiple languages, PPT making skills, Aptitude for sales and followups, Love to travel.

Preferred skills :

Knowledge on Digital Payments, Understanding of PAAS (Platform as a Service), Website Marketing and Website Development

Education :

• MBA or
• BBA

Work Experience :

Minimum of 2 years in sales role in financial sector (BFSI), or in a digital marketing agency, or in a marketing department of a company

Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative candidate with strong out-of-the-box and tangential thinking abilities. The ideal candidate should be a communication professional who is passionate about crafting engaging visual and digital content aligned with marketing objectives.

In addition to UI/UX and graphic design, the candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing and AI-driven creative production. This includes creating compelling video content, motion graphics, and leveraging AI tools to enhance design, automate workflows, and generate innovative visual concepts.

The candidate must have prior experience in website UI design, UX design, online banner ads, GIF creatives, and video content creation. Knowledge of 2D animation and motion graphics will be an added advantage. Experience working with WordPress websites is preferred.

Primarily, the candidate should have a strong interest in conceptualizing websites, video campaigns, and AI-assisted creatives using the latest design trends and modern tools.

Skills & Requirements :

• 2+ Years of experience.
• Understanding Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw.
• Experience in using Canva, Figma or such wire framing & prototyping tool.
• Strong skills in video editing software
• Familiarity with AI creative tools.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

The candidate must have a good sense of the current trends and technologies relating to website design and development. He or she should be adept at researching competition to understand these trends.

As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating good quality and engaging content for different websites. Not only content, but also the navigation strategy, content structure, HTML elements to be used etc.

The ideal candidate is passionate about writing, possesses excellent grammar and spelling skills, and has a strong ability to research and conceptualize creative ideas to develop websites.

Skills & Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• A portfolio of live websites and online ad banner creative, or offline print ads.
