Responsibilities:

• To have an in-depth understanding of our digital payment platform - Payment Point^TM and a good understanding of our Digital Marketing services
• To identify suitable schools, colleges, universities, training institutes for the platform in Upper Assam and make a list of them
• To start liaisoning with these organisations by identifying the right connection. To identify key decision makers in these organisations.
• To approach the key decision makers and to do a series of meetings with them to establish Kuhipaat as a Paytech expert in Assam, and to explain the payment platform and its benefits to them
• To make use of sales strategy like foot in the door to attract the lead
• To make use of various marketing tools like presentations, demos, brochures, videos, WhatsApp and SMS communications to engage the potential lead
• To use a combination of physical visits and digital marketing communication to engage the leads until conversion
• To present daily sales, lead generation and lead fulfilment report to management team

Must have skills :

Good inter-personal communication, Good speaking skills in multiple languages, PPT making skills, Aptitude for sales and followups, Love to travel.

Preferred skills :

Knowledge on Digital Payments, Understanding of PAAS (Platform as a Service), Website Marketing and Website Development

Education :

• MBA or
• BBA

Work Experience :

Minimum of 2 years in sales role in financial sector (BFSI), or in a digital marketing agency, or in a marketing department of a company

We are looking for a senior technology professional with over 8-10 years of experience, having worked in smaller companies, getting experience in multiple technology responsibilities. We prefer him to be more than a developer, having interest in Linux server management, development environments like GitLab, application testing, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing etc. He should be able to lead a technology team with talent across these technology departments.

Skills :

• Expert Skills in PHP Laravel, CodeIgniter will be preferred.
• Our primary technology is PHP Laravel and CI. He should have in-depth knowledge about Laravel and CI.
• He or she should be an expert in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and other newer JS frameworks.
• He or she should be an expert in REST APIs, XML / JSON file formats and HTTP response codes.

Responsibilities:

• To be able to conceptualize a website, make wireframes and prototypes and then build the website using WordPress CMS along with a team of writers and graphic designers.

Must have skills :

We are looking for candidates skilled in WordPress CMS and how WP and its ecosystem of themes and plugins work including:

• Understand page builders like DIVI in terms of page / post design, header / footer design and template design.
• Understand how WP functionalities like child themes, webhooks, rest API, URL structures, permalinks, widgets work in terms of its business logic.
• Proficient in English language to read documentation and understanding about plugins, write emails to plugin authors, write in WP forums to solve issues.
• Understand database forms, saving and retrieving of data from the database, as well as integration with other application to send or receive data.
• Expert in page optimization to make the web pages lighter to load using image optimizers, minification, lazy loading techniques, critical CSS, and offloading irrelevant CSS and JS files from each page.
• Know how SEO plugins work to improve on-page SEO, indexing at Google and Bing, social SEO, Google Schema. The candidate needs to have a good idea of meta information of a website.
• Working understanding WooCommerce in terms of store management, product management, shipping management and usage of related ecommerce plugins.
• The candidate must know CSS to insert custom CSS files, additional CSS, JS, and PHP scripts onto the website.
• Knowledge of code deployment from testing to staging to live environments, version management, FTP accounts, SQL database structure of WP, file system structure of WP, and understanding of how WP stores and retrieves data to render a website.
• Lastly the candidate must have a good design and communication aptitude because a website is a communication tool made using technology.

The ideal candidate is passionate about writing, possesses excellent grammar and spelling skills, and has a strong ability to research and conceptualize creative ideas to develop websites.
